21 Jan 2018, Winter Installs Update:
There have been issues with winter installations and capacity issues that have been causing service quality issues. We have delayed further customer installations until these issues are resolved to ensure that every customer experiences the best connection possible before opening new areas and taking on new customers. This means a delay to opening the area around Grant.
The cold temperatures also mean that adding equipment to existing towers to increase capacity is not possible, and cable failures during new customer installations are more frequent in the cold. We are addressing these issues with our contractors and will change this notice as soon as we possibly can.
